Cheddar Cheese Fondue

Mix shredded cheese and flour until cheese is well coated. In a foundue pot, heat the beer to steaming, but not boiling. Add garlic, dried mustard, Worchestershire sauce, and pepper. Slowly mix in cheese, stirring constantly. If it becomes too thick, add a little more beer to thin it out.

Dip in french bread, apples, veggies, whatever. Enjoy!
